Recycled plastics are increasingly used in our injection moulding processes to produce durable, high-quality components without compromising performance. By blending these materials with virgin polymers, we achieve the same mechanical strength and appearance as new products, while significantly reducing carbon footprint and raw material usage. There are many different polymers that are widely recycled in the world today, they are classified by the polymer type and given a specific code;

Scrap material, sprues, and runners are granulated, reprocessed, and reintroduced directly into the injection moulding cycle, reducing raw material consumption and landfill waste.
